You are solely responsible for the content you upload and must ensure you have the necessary rights to use and process such content.

You agree not to use the App to:
- Upload or process content that is illegal, harmful, or infringing.
- Upload or process content that violates the rights of others.
- Interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to software, designs, trademarks, and logos, are owned by Swift Traveler or its licensors.
These Terms of Use do not grant you any rights to use our trademarks or logos without prior written consent.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Swift Traveler shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms of Use shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Swift Traveler and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms of Use.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms of Use.
Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will immediately cease.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Swift Traveler operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
